I started the free week trial for this app to help with my accelerated summer class, where missing even one lecture is a huge setback. During my second lecture, the app completely glitched out and stopped recording, causing me to lose three hours of important information. I initially blamed my Wi-Fi and let it go, thinking it was just a one-time issue.Fast forward a week—I was charged for an entire YEAR without so much as a reminder that my trial was ending. No warning, no email, nothing. And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it glitched AGAIN during a critical anatomy lecture, and I lost two more hours of notes. That’s FIVE hours of content I’ll never get back.There’s no recovery option for lost recordings, and the fact that I paid for a full year of this broken service is beyond upsetting. I’m stuck with a subscription for an app I can’t even trust to function properly when it matters most.
