Description of the bug

as per title:
when DirectPlay MKV file on LGTV2025 without transcoding cannot forward or rewind, only restart from beginning.
Instead if I add subtitle and then transcoding I'm able to go forward or backward od 1min.,5mins. or 30mins.

Reproduction steps

1. sign in jellyfin app on the TV
2. navigate the library and start mkv file playback without subtitle or any feature requiring transcoding
3. try to go forward or backward

What is the current bug behavior?

the playback doesn't go forward or backward unless transcoding

What is the expected correct behavior?

the playback should go forward or backward even without transcoding
