Sīkāka informācija Publikācijas datums2016. gada 7. decembris (Pēdējoreiz atjaunināts: 2023. gada 20. jūnijs) Apraksts Ik gadu Komisija sagatavo gada ziņojumu par pārvaldi un izpildi, kurā tā sniedz pārskatu par rezultātiem, kas sasniegti ar ES budžetu, un paskaidro, kā budžets ticis pārvaldīts un aizsargāts. Šis ziņojums ir Komisijas galvenais devums ikgadējā budžeta izpildes apstiprināšanas procesā. Ziņojumā tiek arī izklāstīti pasākumi, ko Komisija īsteno, lai ES budžets tiktu pārvaldīts saskaņā ar augstākajiem pareizas finanšu pārvaldības standartiem. Pieņemot šo ziņojumu, Komisija uzņemas vispārēju politisko atbildību par ES budžeta pārvaldību. Tas ir pēdējais posms Komisijas gada plānošanas, programmu izstrādes un atskaišu ciklā. Gada pārvaldības un snieguma ziņojums par ES budžetu ir daļa no Komisijas integrētās finanšu un pārskatatbildības ziņojumu paketes, kurā ietilpst arī citi ziņojumi, piemēram, konsolidētie finanšu pārskati. Integrētā finanšu un pārskatatbildības ziņojumu pakete ir galvenais Komisijas ieguldījums ikgadējā budžeta izpildes apstiprināšanas procedūrā, kurā Eiropas Parlaments un Padome dod galīgo apstiprinājumu kāda konkrēta gada budžeta izpildei.
