Posted Sep 21, 2016 (Patch 7.1.0)Sylvan Elixir can only be used in an outdoor environment while in Broken Isles. It cannot be used in any instances. The transformation itself lasts only one minute, while the stats buff lasts one hour.
Despite the portrait displaying the "Zzz" status, it does not enable players to change their talents.
