Posted Jul 1, 2017 (Patch 7.3.0)If you thought this quest would turn in in your classhall or at a "?" that showed on your map somewhere, you'd be wrong! It turns in at the Broken Shore quest hub. The NPC does not currently display a quest turn in on the map, but if you fly there he will show one and you can turn it in.
